I want to make this into a volibear running, but I just don't have the motivation right now. I'm fairly happy with how smooth this animation is, but it needs some work smoothing the lines and making the shape of the head more consistent.

I might work on it at some point. If you wanna use it for a reference to how bears run, go for it.

If you know how I work, you know that this file is much MUCH larger than what I have here. However, it didnt run well at the larger size...

The animation looks great. It actually looks like it's moving and not that it's legs are just moving.

Yeah, I'm really proud of it haha. it took a long time even just for that; but I;m still not happy with the head. O_o
